Responsible

Manage company email to sort, copy, scan and store documents of railways, highrise project
Check for accuracy, edit the data in the email.
File documents in physical and digital records in cloud system.
Effectiveness to distribute project-info, documents, reports across various departments.

Education Level : Senior High School - Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 0 - 5

More qualification

Proficient typing and editing skills.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Able to work in project site
Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
