• Organizing and managing the ORM team’s workflow and tasks
• Acting as the main communication bridge between teams and departments
• Overseeing and coordinating social media managers to ensure brand consistency
• Monitoring and staying on top of review websites and online articles related to the company
• Expanding and improving the ORM education plan within the organization
• Handling crisis management and ensuring swift resolution of ORM-related issues
