Responsible

• Provide professional real estate consultation to Mandarin-speaking clients, focusing on residential and investment properties in Thailand.
• Communicate effectively with clients from China and Taiwan via online platforms and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, documentation, customer service) to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Present project details, investment highlights, and prepare customized property proposals.
• Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits, offering guidance and comparisons based on their needs.
• Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process until the sale is closed.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing is a plus).
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) – essential for communicating with Chinese/Taiwanese clients.
• Good command of English or Thai for internal communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related fields (fresh graduates with strong Mandarin and interest in real estate are welcome).
• Flexible to work on weekends or evenings as required by client appointments.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
