Personnel supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily recruitment work, meeting the employment needs of various departments;
2. Responsible for managing employee files;
3. Responsible for attendance statistics, salary calculation and distribution, and operation of the social security and housing fund system, familiar with relevant policy changes;
4. Responsible for the management of company seals and certificates;
5. Responsible for receiving visiting guests;
6. Responsible for establishing personnel and administrative management related systems;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Thai nationality, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese and Thai, with priority given to those with work experience in Chinese enterprises;
2. Having a bachelor's degree or above, with a professional background in human resources management, enterprise management, administrative management, and other related fields. Priority will be given to those with experience studying abroad in China;
3. Having more than 3 years of relevant work experience in personnel and administrative positions, familiar with enterprise human resource management processes and relevant laws and regulations;
4. Proficient in using Office software (Excel, PPT, etc.);
5. Has good professional ethics and team spirit, strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, ability to withstand pressure, and a sense of responsibility
