Provide support to VPA subject teachers for practical lessons, approximately 60% of the scheduled timetable
Collaborate within the department to facilitate and initiate extra-curricular activities
Help ensure safeguarding with lunchtime monitor duties in the art and music classrooms, and weekly participation in ECAs
Coordinate and manage supply orders and inventory for the VPA Department in preparation for the school production
Support the development of promotional materials for events throughout the year
Communicate with IT and Administration Departments to help facilitate event planning
Assist music and drama teachers in event set up/takedown
Oversee instrument repairs and maintain stock/storage
Provide short-term cover for absent teachers as stipulated in the cover work
