Responsible

• ● Document Management and Contract Administration: Oversee and manage the flow of legal documents within the organization, ensuring all contracts are properly drafted, reviewed, and stored.
• ● Contracts with Crews and Contractors: Handle documentation related to the company’s crews and contractors, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• ● Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure that the company’s operations comply with relevant local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• ● Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on various legal issues, risks, and compliance matters.
• ● Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• ● Liaison with External Counsel: Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed to handle specific legal matters and litigation.

• ● Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and English is essential. Knowledge of Thai would be an advantage.
• ● Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations in Thailand.
• ● Software Proficiency: Proficient in legal document management systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• ● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments.
• ● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
