Responsible

Analyze property performance data including occupancy, revenue, booking trends, and channel mix.
Identify opportunities and issues across properties and share actionable insights with relevant teams.
Investigate performance changes and provide practical recommendations.
Gather and analyze external market and demand data to inform pricing decisions.
Work closely with the pricing team to evaluate strategies and suggest improvements.
Build and maintain dashboards for management and property owners.
Present data clearly to support decision-making at all levels.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports.
Own and improve pricing tools used by property partner and reservations teams.
Reduce manual work through automation and process improvements.
Help teams work more efficiently with data.
Ensure data accuracy and standardization across CRM and operational systems.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps.

Comfortable working with performance, pricing, sales, or operations data.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Good communication skills, able to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, travel, or marketplace businesses.
Familiarity with pricing or revenue management tools.
Basic SQL or scripting skills (Python, Google Apps Script, etc.)
