Provide technical after-sales support for EV charging stations or energy storage systems (ESS)
Support on-site maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
Good command of English or Chinese
Self-motivated and responsible
