  • Job Summary The Account Manager is a pivotal role within the solution sales team of Naratai Technology in Thailand. This position is primarily responsible for driving the promotion and sales of the company's advanced technology products, services, and solutions. The key objective is to build and sustain long-term, stable partnerships with government entities and a diverse range of enterprise clients. By achieving the predefined sales performance benchmarks, the incumbent will play a significant part in ensuring the company's continued market leadership and the expansion of its business scope.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • A. Customer Development and Relationship Management
  • 1. Proactively explore new enterprise customer resources through a variety of channels, including comprehensive market research, active participation in industry exhibitions, and effective online promotion strategies. Identify potential sales opportunities and precisely define target customer segments, and then formulate highly customized development strategies.
  • 2. Develop in-depth relationships with customers by thoroughly understanding their business needs, pain points, and technological landscapes. Provide professional product consultations and bespoke solution recommendations to gain their trust and foster enduring partnerships.
  • 3. Conduct regular follow-up visits with existing customers to monitor product usage, collect valuable feedback, and promptly address any emerging issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also uncovering latent needs to drive repeat sales and long-term cooperation.
  • B. Sales Execution
  • 1. Take full responsibility for the sales operations of the company's technology products and services. Devise detailed sales plans and strategies, with the aim of achieving both individual and team sales performance targets, which include but are not limited to sales volume, profit margins, and the acquisition of new customers.
  • 2. Demonstrate a profound understanding of the company's product knowledge, technical features, competitive advantages, and market positioning. Deliver accurate and compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and application scenarios of the offerings, thereby guiding customers towards making well-informed purchase decisions.
  • 3. Prepare high-quality sales proposals, quotations, and contract documents. Conduct professional business negotiations with customers to ensure that contract terms are mutually beneficial and compliant with both company interests and customer requirements. Facilitate the seamless completion of sales transactions and closely monitor the contract execution process to guarantee timely payment collection.
  • C. Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis
  • 1. Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities. Regularly collect and analyze relevant market data and generate comprehensive market analysis reports. These reports will serve as critical references for the company's product research and development efforts and the strategic adjustment of marketing plans.
  • 2. Conduct in-depth research into the product characteristics, market shares, and sales tactics of competitors. Timely communicate this competitive intelligence to the team and assist in the formulation of differentiated competition strategies. By highlighting the unique strengths and features of the company's products, enhance their market competitiveness.
  • D. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • 1. Maintain close communication with the product research and development team. Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market insights to support product optimization and innovation initiatives. Ensure that the company's products remain at the forefront of the market and outperform competitors in meeting customer demands.
  • 2. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team in the development of market promotion plans and event programs. Offer valuable insights and support from a sales perspective and leverage sales channels to enhance the implementation of marketing activities. This joint effort will contribute to the expansion of the company's brand awareness and product influence.
  • 3. Work in tandem with the pre-sales technical support team to provide comprehensive technical solutions to customers. Actively participate in pre-sales technical exchanges and project proposal demonstrations to ensure the smooth progression of projects. Additionally, cooperate with the after-sales team to guarantee that customers receive prompt and effective technical support and services during product usage, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • E. Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
  • 1. Establish and maintain a robust customer sales database. Accurately record customer details, sales activities, and performance metrics. Conduct periodic sales data analyses to evaluate the achievement of sales targets, identify areas of improvement and potential opportunities within the sales process, and formulate corresponding corrective actions and action plans.
  • 2. Prepare regular sales reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, as required. These reports should comprehensively cover sales progress, performance achievements, market dynamics, and customer feedback. By providing such detailed information to senior management, support the decision-making process within the company.

  • B. Work Experience 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology product sales is essential. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully selling large-scale technology projects or enterprise-level solutions will be given priority. 2. Familiarity with cutting-edge technology domains such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things is highly desirable. Those with relevant industry sales experience will have a distinct advantage. 3. Prior experience working in Chinese technology enterprises is an added bonus.
  • C. Skills Requirements 1. Exceptional communication and business negotiation skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers at all levels. The ability to accurately understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions is crucial, along with strong sales persuasion and influence. 2. Strong market analysis and insight capabilities are required to quickly interpret and analyze complex market information. The candidate should be able to accurately assess market trends and competitive landscapes, providing valuable support to the sales process. 3. An outstanding team spirit is essential for seamless collaboration with cross-departmental teams. The ability to handle interpersonal relationships and coordinate effectively is also vital for the successful execution of sales projects. 4. Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Good English communication skills are mandatory. Chinese communication skills would be an advantage.
