Founded by Anton Negoda, who has lived on Koh Phangan for over 10 years, Bamboo Culture has successfully completed over 54 projects within 5 years. Position: HR Manager / Administrative Coordinator

Responsible

  • Hiring and onboarding of administrative and project staff e.g., project coordinators, assistants, logistics roles
  • Organizing and conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees
  • Running and analyzing 360° feedback surveys and other employee engagement tools
  • Supporting employees through the full lifecycle: hiring, development, offboarding
  • Maintaining and updating the employee database and role profiles
  • Assisting the CEO in building a strong, motivated, and collaborative team
  • Creating and implementing internal HR processes and initiatives focused on retention and engagement
  • Advising management on HR-related topics
  • Creating and assigning tasks via ClickUp for a Thai assistant to handle:
  • Procurement of materials for the office and construction sites
  • Communication with suppliers, contractors, landlords, and other external contacts
  • General operational support tasks
  • Sending contracts and legal documents to the company lawyer for review and approval
  • Organizing internal documentation and correspondence
  • Supporting the day-to-day administrative workflow of the company
