Responsible

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Event Organizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events to ensure they run smoothly and meet the goals and expectations of our clients and the organization.
Event Planning: Lead offline campaigns and events to boost revenue. Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives based on client needs or organizational goals.
Coordination: Liaise with vendors, venues, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within budget.
Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events through various channels (social media, email, etc.).
On-site Management: Oversee all event operations on the day of the event, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Post-Event Activities: Gather feedback, prepare reports, and analyze event success to improve future events.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management software is a plus
