Responsible

  • Verification & Grid Connection: Compile and manage all technical documentation required for project acceptance and grid connection approval from Thai authorities (PEA/MEA) and private clients.
  • Settlement Support: Prepare comprehensive packages for progress payments, final account settlements, Variation Orders (VO), As-Built drawings, and Equipment Certificates (CO/COC).
  • Compliance & BOI: Maintain a complete archive of contracts, permits, and BOI (Board of Investment) incentive documents, including import duty exemption records for equipment.
  • Bilingual Coordination: Translate and review technical correspondence, reports, and legal documents between Thai, English, and Chinese (if applicable).
  • Invoice & WHT Management: Verify Tax Invoices from subcontractors and suppliers. Calculate and ensure the correct deduction of Withholding Tax (WHT) (e.g., 3% for construction, 5% for services) and secure valid tax receipts (Por Ngor Dor 53).
  • VAT Input Tracking: Organize input VAT documents for procurement (modules, inverters, batteries) and construction services to support monthly VAT filings (Form PP30) and ensure timely input tax credits.
  • Asset Capitalization: Assist the finance team in transitioning projects from "Construction in Progress" to "Fixed Assets" by providing accurate equipment lists and cost breakdowns upon completion.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Prepare payment applications based on project milestones and track client payment status to prevent cash flow delays caused by documentation gaps.
  • Act as the primary liaison for document submissions to the Revenue Department, Ministry of Labor, or energy regulators during audits or inspections.
  • Provide ad-hoc commercial support to the project management team.

  • Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of Thai Tax Law, specifically VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and e-Tax Invoice regulations.
  • Documentation: Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel skills required) and familiar with engineering document control systems.
  • Thai: Native or Fluent (Mandatory for government and local vendor interface).
  • English: Professional working proficiency (Mandatory for technical specs and reporting).
