Assist Beverage Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising beverage service across all bars.
Monitor preparation, service, and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
Support in setting and monitoring par levels for all beverage outlets.
Supervise compliance with local liquor laws, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Ensure bars are well stocked, clean, and ready before opening.
