Lead the daily service operations, ensuring consistency in speed, accuracy, and hospitality across all areas. Supervise floor supervisors, hostesses, waiters, and cashiers to ensure service standards are met during high-volume operations. Maintain high visibility during operations, especially on the main dance floor, VIP areas, and bottle service sections. Ensure smooth cash handling, billing accuracy, and compliance with financial control procedures.

• 3+ years’ experience in nightlife, events, or live entertainment production. • Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, video rigs) and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). • Strong portfolio of event/nightlife photography and videography. • Fluent in English (spoken & written). Thai is an advantage for local crew coordination. • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

Handle end-to-end purchasing process: sourcing, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups. Source and maintain reliable suppliers for all operational needs. Review price trends and seek new suppliers for better quality or value.

Manage and expand the VIP client database, focusing on building long-term relationships with high-profile guests. Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with existing VIP clients and develop new leads through networking and referrals. Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

Manage day-to-day store operations — receiving, storing, and issuing items. Maintain updated inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels at all times. Organize storage areas properly and label all items for easy access. Monitor temperature, cleanliness, and safety conditions in storage areas.
