Responsible

• Supervise day-to-day operations at assigned bars, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality service.
• Act as the lead mixologist, developing and preparing signature cocktails that reflect the nightclub’s brand.
• Ensure correct use of plastic/acrylic glassware at high-volume areas (dance floor, food zone) and premium glassware at VIP and terrace bars.
• Monitor bar cleanliness, hygiene, and setup throughout service hours.
• Handle guest interactions directly when VIPs or special requests are involved.
