Responsible

• Supervise stewarding staff across all outlets, ensuring efficient cleaning and support services for kitchens, bars, and service areas.
• Oversee washing, polishing, and storage of all glassware, flatware, crockery, and equipment (plastic/acrylic for dance floor & food areas; premium glassware for VIP, mezzanine, and backstage).
• Ensure proper segregation of disposable vs. reusable items and their timely replenishment.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation of all stewarding work areas, dishwashing machines, garbage disposal zones, and storage areas.

• Strong knowledge of stewarding operations, cleaning methods, and equipment handling.
