• Lead the daily service operations, ensuring consistency in speed, accuracy, and hospitality across all areas.
• Supervise floor supervisors, hostesses, waiters, and cashiers to ensure service standards are met during high-volume operations.
• Maintain high visibility during operations, especially on the main dance floor, VIP areas, and bottle service sections.
• Ensure smooth cash handling, billing accuracy, and compliance with financial control procedures.
