AML Data Collection Professional

Location : Bangkok(Bang Khen,Chatuchak,Don Mueang,Lak Si)

Salary (Baht) : 50,000 - 60,000

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 07:30 - 17:30

Responsible

  • Data Gathering: Collect and compile data related to financial transactions, client information, and other relevant AML documentation from various internal and external sources. We have a format available that can be used for customers and suppliers in different regions. Data storage is done in DISI CRM system.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of AML data by conducting regular internal audits and reviews of data sources and collection methods.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks associated with money laundering activities, providing insights to the CFO and compliance team.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation showcasing findings, trends, and compliance metrics to support the AML compliance initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and compliance officers at IGC entities (Antwerp, New York, Hong Kong, Chicago) to understand data requirements and fulfill AML reporting obligations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update CRM database related to AML compliance, ensuring that they are secure, accessible, and up to date.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of AML policies and procedures regarding data collection and management.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance-Banking, Business law, Economics or related field
  • Fluent in English (all skills)
  • Good understanding and experience with data collection and data analysis
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining database systems
  • Experience in ISO9001 document control systems and compliance audits
