Responsible

•Understand, gather requirements and create business flow, system flow and set clear acceptance criteria to serve specific business.
•Stay current with business user needs, utilize formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and issues and facilitating project meetings and presentation.
•Gather requirements from customer/stakeholder in the project and create the minute of meeting document.
•Analyze requirements and responsible for creating specification documents such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), business process flow diagram, system flow diagram as well as other relevant documents such as meeting presentation, minutes of meeting.
•Work with Business teams in preparing test scenarios / test cases.
•Point of contact in communicating with related IT and Business teams
•Review and understand Business Requirement Document (BRD) and technical design documents (e.g. sequence diagram, API specification) to be able to creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and test scripts.
•Conduct training for Business teams who are assigned for testing to understand testing method and test cases.
•Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for project.
•Track defects and follow up defect fixing.
•Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.
