Responsible

• Develop & Maintain long term relationship with existing accounts by ensuring on time & quality delivery.
• Work closely with the client to identify & obtain qualified Job requirements.
• Promote and build relationships with existing/prospective clients, resources.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment – A Strong Performer
• Ability to demonstrate work experience on full recruiting life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)
• Manage required documentation related to various tasks.
• Initiate New Client acquisition by adopting ethical market tapping strategies & by promoting company offerings.

4. Must have a bachelor’s degree.
5. Must be service minded and willing to learn.
6. Must be able to (speak/read/write) well in English and Thai.
