Responsible

Finance : Cashflow forecasting report.
• Accounting : Financial Data Analysis.
• Perform reconcilation for related general ledgers/reports.
•• Requirement Analysis: Gather and document detailed business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
• Systems Analysis: Perform in-depth systems analysis to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design solutions that align with business goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and process improvements.
• Process Mapping: Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize current workflows and propose optimized processes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Testing Support: Assist in the development of test plans and test cases and collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Change Management: Support change management efforts by identifying potential impacts, developing training materials, and assisting in user adoption.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
