Responsible

• Maintaining smooth operation and monitoring VM Servers, Backup System, Firewall, AD, VPN, Network Device, IP Phone System.
• Overseas day-to-day support operation related to User Registration, and other Infrastructure services align with SOP and SLA.
• To control and provide sufficient record of IT Infrastructure Asset, Software License, Hardware, Device and etc.
• Creating user manuals and providing training regarding Information Security and How to effectively use of Information System.
• Creating and maintaining technical manual, diagram related Infrastructure as Firewall, VPN, VLAN.
• The IT Infrastructure will be responsible to operation of Infrastructure section under supervise by Assistant Manager Infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, IT related field.
• 25 Years old up with 3 Years experienced in IT Infrastructure.
• Be able to troubleshoot problems and communicate with Infrastructure team members.
• High responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet timeline.
• Broad knowledge of modern IT Infrastructure, hardware and software package.
• Good English Communication (both verbal and writing)
• Good communication, coordination, soft skill with service mind set.
