Responsible

- Research, analyze and summarize all ideas to develop the organization strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with company strategies.
- Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals and work closely with management and employees.
- Initiate and develop the Talent Management system and create a good environment within the organization.
- Work closely with the HR team and management of other departments in order to improve work relationships.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives across business units.
- Develop or improve organizational culture, HR Processes, and HR Practices based on the company's strategic direction.
- Work with the HR development team to design and develops training programs for management and employees.
- Analyze and interpret HR data that aid decision-making and performance improvement.
- Design specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and feedback process.
- Define the process of measuring the impact of HR metrics e.g. Attrition, Engagement, etc

More qualification

- Minimum 3 years or more professional experience working in HR, OD, and HR projects.
- Understanding of organizational issues and challenges, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
- Good at communicating with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience and a proven track record in Organization and Human Performance Development, Process Improvement
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on project management experience and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills in project management and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- People operations management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, vendors as well as diverse teams.
