Responsible

• Lead projects for invoice scanning and automatic posting.
• Manage the end-to-end process of invoice handling, including local and export transactions.
• Develop and maintain weekly sales forecasts, conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends and
improvement opportunities.
• Generate comprehensive sales reports to facilitate quarterly reviews and year-end audits, providing critical financial insights.
• Oversee the monthly closing process, including sales, VAT closure, and reviewing accrued and amortized
transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities within the Order-to Cash cycle.
• Monitor and manage customer credit limits, working closely with the Credit team to ensure timely resolution
of credit issues.
• Evaluate and implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the AR function.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
