Responsible

• Develop expertise in RedBook's extensive data assets, spanning vehicle identification, specifications, and pricing.
• Extract, collate, and process structured and unstructured data from relational databases, APIs, and online sources to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Apply effective statistical modelling techniques and tools to our data to deliver accurate current and historical vehicle valuations.
• Support predictive pricing initiatives including residual value forecasting, ensuring outputs are credible and explainable.
• Analyse trends in market dynamics, pricing, and vehicle remarketing processes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams, stakeholders, and external customers
• Work closely with stakeholders in ASEAN and Australia to align analytics efforts with market needs.
• Leverage generative AI tools for productivity, including real-time coding assistance (eg. GitHub Copilot) and exploratory analysis.

• Strong programming skills in R and/or Python, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and transformation.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (MSSQL & Postgres or equivalent).
• Experience working with APIs, semi-structured/unstructured data sources (eg. JSON, XML, HTML), and other online data sources.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for identifying and communicating trends and insights from data.
• Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English, with excellent communication skills in both, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and peers in Australia.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn generative AI tools for productivity and collaboration.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent for reporting and data visualization.
