Responsible
Design and develop automation solutions for various manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic components.
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Develop software programs and scripts for PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and robotic systems to control manufacturing equipment.
Integrate automation systems with existing manufacturing infrastructure and enterprise systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to develop and execute validation protocols and documentation.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for automation systems including troubleshooting, debugging, and repair.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
Continuously evaluate automation processes and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and improving quality.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training and technical support to operators, technicians, and other stakeholders on the use and maintenance of automation systems.
