  • Handle reservations and confirm services for members regarding various benefits
  • Assist members with requests beyond the company's standard benefits
  • Answer questions and provide consultations to members

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Japanese nationality
  • At least 1 year of experience in a service-related role

  • Proficient in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate in English
  • Quick thinking, able to handle situations promptly, patient, and willing to work overtime
  • Proficient in basic computer programs
  • Able to work under pressure from various stakeholders, with time and roles as determining factors
