Responsible

Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure by air export and import

Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customer service/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries

Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents, and follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner

Responding to customer inquiries, handling relevant complaints, and providing solutions to customers

Monitor payment to suppliers and receivables from overseas branches, and customers

Provide suggestions with supporting analysis to management to improve the operation process

Qualification

Gender : Not specified

Age(Yr) : 25 - 35

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 3

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any fields

At least 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping line

Good command of English

Have strong communication skills, good at solving problems and providing solutions

Pay attention to details and be proactive
