Achieve Budget, Schedule and Quality Assisting Cost Manager / Team Leader in preparation of: - Cost Plan - Tender Documents - Bills of Quantities / Schedule of Works - Pre Tender Estimate - Tender Reports - Contractor Payment - Valuation of Variation - Payment to Contractors - Financial Statement - Final Account - Attending Client / Consultant / Contractor Meetings Key Skills A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Teamworking. The ability to negotiate. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
