- เดินทางไปพบลูกค้า (User) เพื่อติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบ - ประสานงานกับ Project Coordinator Agent, Project Support, Key user, IT, Vendor และผู้ใช้งานระบบเพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย. - ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการและรายงานปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้น. - สื่อสารกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายและผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อสนับสนุนความสำเร็จของโครงการ - รักษาและอัปเดตคู่มือการใช้งานระบบต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเป็นประจำและทันสถานการณ์ -ศึกษาเทคโนโลยีของโครงการเพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลและการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค

Knowledge and competence qualifications

- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS, Business Computeหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์การทำงานตำแหน่ง IT Support หรือ System Analyst ให้กับ Project ขนาดเล็กจนถึงขนาดกลาง อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี - ประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบระบบ Front End, Back End, Mobile application - ความสามารถในการประสานงานและเจรจากับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี - ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี - สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่ - สามารภปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์** - สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มจังหวัดที่รับผิดชอบได้ (กทม.และปริมณฑล)
