Responsible

Manage leads and customer allocation in line with the sales team capacity and business requirements.

Supervise, monitor, and drive team sales performance to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare, analyze, and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and operational data using Excel and other reporting tools.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the sales team, including analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and operational issues efficiently.

Ensure the accuracy of customer information, sales records, and related documentation.

Motivate and develop the sales team’s skills, productivity, discipline, and overall performance.

Monitor team conduct and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
