Responsible

Responsible for the whole life cycle management of the company's shipping contracts, continuously optimize the procurement tariff strategy, and ensure that the tariff system maintains a leading competitive advantage in the target market;

the implementation of contract minimum quantity commitment (MQC) management, the establishment of compliance monitoring mechanism, to ensure the effective implementation of contract terms;

Maintain strategic partnership with shipping companies, dynamically coordinate the allocation of shipping capacity resources, and accurately match the company's business development needs;

Cooperate with cross-product teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, lead innovative airline product design, establish agile product iteration mechanism, and continuously improve product market competitiveness;

Real-time monitoring of freight fluctuations and supply and demand changes in the airline market, timely product optimization and adjustment, to ensure the market adaptability and profitability of airline products;

Properly handle business disputes and disputes in the course of airline cooperation, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company according to law, and ensure the long-term and stable development of strategic cooperation relations;

Systematically carry out airline market research and trend analysis, provide professional data support and market insight suggestions for marketing decisions, and help high-quality business development.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Familiar with the freight structure of the route, understand the quotation rules of the airline and peers, master the shipping market

Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

1-3 years of team management experience or more than 5 years of team cooperation experience

Have excellent executive ability, communication and coordination skills, have a good sense of teamwork, have a good ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility

Product knowledge, maritime logistics knowledge

Nearly 5-8 years of work in the Trans-Pacific route related

3-5 years experience in route and product management, customer service, shipowner sales, or more than 5 years experience in NVOCC Marketing Department, Pricing
