Responsible

Supervise and manage the daily work of the team to successfully complete the expected goals set by the company

Familiar with terminal-to-terminal operation services for shipping and air transport: truck transportation, customs declaration, verification of bills, application for payment, arrangement of release and other related matters

Formulate and improve the daily operation process of the department, improve work efficiency, reasonably distribute the workload of employees within the department, and make it develop benignly

Solve the major operational problems that arise in daily work in a timely manner; analyze and evaluate the work performance of employees in the department, and make improvements; provide professional knowledge and skills training for new operators in the company;

Cooperate with the marketing department to fully understand the market dynamics in a timely manner, control costs reasonably, and maximize the company’s profit

Manage and supervise all kinds of service providers (fleet, warehouse, customs broker, etc.), and complete other tasks arranged by superior leaders in a timely and effective manner

Responsible for communicating with domestic and foreign customers and coordinating shipment matters

Knowledge and competence qualifications

University degree or above, major in logistics management, customs declaration and international freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, international economics and trade, foreign trade English, business English and other related majors

More than 5 years of business operation and management experience in related fields such as international freight forwarding is preferred

Expert in the Thailand import and export process and operation of sea and air transport, familiar with customs clearance and inspection process and inspection process; have the knowledge of import and export trade such as documents required, freight forwarding, customs declaration, inspection declaration, and shipping container transportation

Familiar with air freight or ocean freight operation procedures is preferred

Proficient in operating related office software

Good communication skills and team management skills

Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit

Proficient in English or Chinese and speak, write, read, and listen fluently in oral language
