Responsible

Lead and manage the marketing team including executives, designers, and external partners such as industry associations and media.

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to achieve visitor and exhibitor targets for multiple exhibitions.

Drive online and offline promotion strategies including digital campaigns, partnerships, advertising, and PR.

Manage content development across channels (website, social media, newsletters, brochures, press releases).

Build and maintain relationships with associations, media, and industry stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s brand positioning and event objectives.

Oversee marketing budget planning and ROI tracking.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or related industries.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.

Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written); higher proficiency is preferred.

International B2B marketing experience is a strong plus.
