Responsible

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Working hours: 5 days/week, off 2 consecutives day of the week (there could be a rare occasion where weekly off is split)
  • Training: 1st month, Mon - Fri 9.00 - 18.00
  • Monthly shift rotations: 9.00 - 18.00, 13.00 - 22.00 or 22.00-07.00
  • Qualification

    Gender : Not specified

    Age(Yr) : 22 - 35

    Education Level : High Vocational - Bachelor's Degree

    Experience(Yr) : 0 - More than 10

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • High Vocational diploma (ปวส.) degree above
  • Must be fluent in Thai and English language (read, speak, write)
  • Welcoming both fresher and experienced to apply for the opening
  • Experienced in customer service inhouse or BPO is a plus
