Responsible

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat

Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Working hours: 5 days/week, off 2 consecutives day of the week (there could be a rare occasion where weekly off is split)

Training: 1st month, Mon - Fri 9.00 - 18.00

Monthly shift rotations: 9.00 - 18.00, 13.00 - 22.00 or 22.00-07.00

Education Level : High Vocational - Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 0 - More than 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

High Vocational diploma (ปวส.) degree above

Must be fluent in Thai and English language (read, speak, write)

Welcoming both fresher and experienced to apply for the opening

Experienced in customer service inhouse or BPO is a plus
