Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to after-sales service.

Assist customers with post-purchase issues, including product and software concerns.

Offer knowledgeable guidance and support to address customer inquiries.

Document customer interactions and solutions provided to ensure accurate records.

Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
