Responsible

  • Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
  • Communicate with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to explore and negotiate solutions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by assisting teammates and supporting your Team Manager when needed.
  • Represent and promote the company’s values and culture both within the organization and externally.
  • Take part in ad hoc assignments or projects as delegated by Team Leads or Supervisors.
  • Shift rotations (07.00-16.00, 09.00-18.00, 22.00-07.00)
  • Night Shift: 2-5 shifts per month (Start working from 22.00 - 07.00) 
  • Shifts will be announced 2 weeks or 1 month in advance
  • 2 days off (can be split in some cases) 
  • 1-month training and 2-month probation period

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Able to work on shift rotations including night shift
  • English proficiency CEFR B2 (Upper-intermediate) or above
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferable.
