Provide professional real estate consultation to Mandarin-speaking clients, focusing on residential and investment properties in Thailand.

Communicate effectively with clients from China and Taiwan via online platforms and in-person meetings.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, documentation, customer service) to ensure a smooth sales process.

Present project details, investment highlights, and prepare customized property proposals.

Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits, offering guidance and comparisons based on their needs.

Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process until the sale is closed.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing is a plus).

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) – essential for communicating with Chinese/Taiwanese clients.

Good command of English or Thai for internal communication.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related fields (fresh graduates with strong Mandarin and interest in real estate are welcome).

Flexible to work on weekends or evenings as required by client appointments.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
