We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Lifecycle Management Specialist, with a focus on CRM retention strategies within the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior in digital environments and will be responsible for driving increased engagement, reducing app churn rates, and increasing repurchase rates through targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
