Responsible

Define project scope, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Lead workshops for gap analysis, testing, and deployment planning.

Coordinate with Product Owners on features, releases, and documentation.

Translate business needs into functional specs and system diagrams for developers.

Manage system changes, perform internal testing, and validate results.

Analyze operations and create reports to support business functions.

Map user journeys and document process flows.

Convert business specs into system functionality.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2+ years in Business/System Analysis or similar roles.

Strong in project tracking, requirement analysis, and process design.

Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL).

Hands-on experience across development phases: requirements, design, config, testing, UAT, and support.
