Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

4+ years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative work across multiple platforms.

Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other creative tools.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
