Experience(Yr) : 3 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Customer Services Officer or similar positions

Good command of English

Proficiency with Microsoft office tools

Very good presentation skills

A frequent / seasoned user of social media

Flexible to adapt to changing business needs
