Responsible

Take full responsibility for technical sewing and pattern development at a specialist level.

Analyze, improve, and develop garment patterns to ensure suitability for industrial-scale production.

Control and inspect sewing standards, garment construction, and overall product quality.

Review and approve samples prior to mass production.

Provide technical consultation and transfer knowledge to internal teams and production departments.

Coordinate with relevant internal and international stakeholders.

Effectively communicate technical information in English. Qualifications

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Extensive experience in Technical and/or Pattern roles within the garment/apparel industry at a senior or specialist level.

Strong expertise in garment construction, sewing techniques, and pattern making.

Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Experience working in export-oriented garment factories or with international brands will be an advantage.
