Responsible

Develop 3D BIM models with relevant technical data for construction projects, covering MEP systems, architectural works, and structural works.

Produce construction drawings directly from the BIM models to ensure accurate, clear, and efficient use by the construction team on site.

Review and coordinate BIM models from Sub-Contractors to ensure model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements before implementation.

Experience(Yr) : 0 - 1

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Age 22 years or above

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.

0–1 year of experience in BIM modeling or construction drawing, particularly in structural works.

Proficient in using Autodesk Revit for 3D BIM modeling.

Strong interest in BIM technology and willingness to learn skills beyond academic background.

Ability to use Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Good command of English communication skills, as the direct supervisor is an expatriate.
