Responsible

Coordinating Externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labor Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.

Able to do Quarterly and Yearly Report to Related Government Office such as Department of Skill Development, Social Security etc.

Organizing Training Sessions for New Hires and Refresher Training for Existing Team Members, Arrange Training and Record Training in Computer System.

Responsible for Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation Process. Prepare and Maintain Employee Records, Including Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, and Compensation.

To Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of all Employees.

Filing Documents.

Processing Various Administrative Tasks and Accurately Completing and Processing Paperwork.

Other Assignment Assigned by Superior.

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 5 - More than 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Major Human Resource, Legal or other related.

Working Experience in Human Resource field at least 5 years.

Good knowledge of Labour Protection Law and Labour Relation Law.

Able to make good relationship with government office and neighbor office.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities, Teamwork, Leadership skill, Service mind, Proactive, Fast learning, Fast move, Enthusiasm, Good human relationship and pleasant personality.

Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks Computer literacy with MS-Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and Tiger Soft Program.

Good command of spoken and written English, Japanese is preferable.
