Responsible

Perform corrective and preventive technical maintenance and upgrades, on the ucollect Box.

Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues on-site.

Test and calibrate Boxes according to SOP.

Prepare maintenance, calibration, and upgrade reports.

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Maintenance, BD, R&D, Manufacturing) and external PICs/partners.

Follow safety procedures, report incidents/hazards, and follow safe handling practices.

Uphold company safety culture by following rules, speaking out, staying mindful, and getting involved.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering (especially weak current).

Proficient with measurement tools (e.g., multimeter) and soldering.

Good command of English communication.

Proficient in Microsoft/Google tools (Word, Excel, Sheets).

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-discipline.

Advantage: Understanding of PCB design.

Physically able to lift up to 20 kg.

Travel and overtime may be required.
