In response to the increase in public concern on the independence of auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Thailand (operating under PricewaterhouseCoopers Risk Management Services Limited) has reached a decision to discontinue those business units that provide services relating to software design/implementation, IT and business process outsourcing. In that connection, Khun Soontorn Dentham, the Managing Director / lead partner of PriceWaterHouseCoopers Risk Management Services Limited at that time, has decided to set up a separate legal entity, Humanica Public Company Limited, to carry on those businesses. As the result, the service team, including necessary operating assets and intellectual properties, were transferred to Humanica Public Company Limited.

Responsible
- Coordinate with sales team in overseeing consigned items and deliveries.
- Prepare reconciliation reports for all payment channels
- Reconcile cash received from “Cash On Delivery” and cash received on transferred amount
- Coordinate with delivery team and issue tax invoices to relevant parties.
- Prepare WHT & VAT form, PND 3, 53, 54 & PP.36
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report (A/R side)
- Other ad-hoc assignments
