Process and manage activities related to pre- and post-audit workflows.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.

Support team workload as needed, maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 3

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and writing).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor.

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
