Provide expert technical support for hardware and network issues by diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.

In the area of specialization, supporting regular system maintenance update and monitoring to ensure the reliability, security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Respond promptly to incidents, manage ticket queues, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved according to SLAs, minimizing impact on business operations.

Assist users with technical issues by providing clear and helpful guidance, ensuring excellent customer service and high user satisfaction.

Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, software and system configurations, and changes, and generate reports on system performance and support metrics.

Provide IT support (hardware, software, and network systems) for users across ASEAN countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Experience in technical support such as IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Server, Networking, Security, backup, virtualization, telephone system, barcode scanner, Handheld device and other devices for warehouse management industrial.

Good command of English.
