Responsible

Oversee day-to-day and expand relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail partners in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and open new routes to market i.e new territories, new sectors.

Contribute marketing and sales/ promotion ideas for traditional wholesale channels. Analyze results to measure effectiveness and improve future efforts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.

Provide B2B insights and assist online (B2C) team in successful seasonal launches and promotions.

Provide customer’s feedback with regards to design trends and sales movement activities to design department and production department.

Report regularly on sales performance, budgets, and market opportunities to senior management.

Represent ZSISKA at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and secure new business.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in international B2B and basic knowledge in B2C sales and marketing, ideally within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor/agent networks.

Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Excellent command of the English language. Other languages are considered an advantage.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Willingness to relocate to Cha-am (Hua Hin).

Open to expatriate candidates; full support for visa and work permit arrangements will be provided.
